Purpose of these Terms

Reshenie provides industrial software, hardware kits, and checkout support through this website. These Terms define the rights and obligations for information, products, payments, and digital services delivered through the service.

If any part of these Terms is interpreted differently from laws in your jurisdiction, the mandatory law will prevail.

Service delivery and changes

Reshenie operates the service as available from time to time, including homepage contents, solution pages, quotation generation, shop catalog, and checkout flows.

We may change some service features, delivery channels, and technical environment for safety, law, or operations. If a service change affects core usage rules, we will notice users through the site.

Payments are processed through configured payment providers. Reshenie may temporarily disable or replace providers according to maintenance, compliance, or integration plans.

• Service access can be stopped temporarily for maintenance or legal necessity.
• Changes to checkout flow, supported payment method, or delivery options can apply immediately as announced.
• We may correct service errors and modify displayed content or catalog details where needed.

Obligations of buyers and registered users

When placing an order, you must provide accurate business-related contact information and receive any required communication at reachable channels.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all actions under your account and purchase session where applicable.

You must not submit identity theft, false registration data, fraud, malware, automation attacks, or automated scraping intended to disrupt the service.

Orders, payment, refund, and cancellation

Order completion is defined after payment verification and status confirmation on the checkout page. The order number in the final confirmation is the basis for after-sales processes.

Reshenie may refuse or delay shipment when required legal documents, recipient details, or custom installation requirements are missing.

For consumer sales, cancellation or withdrawal rights apply according to statute, including a legal 7-day right period and statutory exceptions for used/altered goods or activated digital content.

• The legal withdrawal right generally applies from contract disclosure timing, with limited statutory exceptions.
• For prepaid orders, if supply becomes impossible after payment, we process refunds or refund actions within legal timelines.
• If supplied goods/services differ from advertised terms, or if an order is lawfully canceled, the right to return, refund, and timelines must be handled under applicable law.

Intellectual property

All site design, software modules, manuals, technical content, and service text remain owned by Reshenie or its licensors unless otherwise specified.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content, manuals, dataset snippets, or proprietary code without written permission.

Permitted use of content is limited to normal operation of the service and lawful business review.

Content and communication rules

You should not post offensive, unlawful, or commercial content that interferes with operational communications.

Reshenie may remove messages, inquiry content, uploaded documents, or contact content when they violate law, create fraud risk, or disrupt business operation.

Users may opt out of marketing messages according to available consent and preference controls.

Liability and disclaimer

We provide the service on an as-is basis within the limits of Korean law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during outages, external incidents, or force-majeure situations.

Reshenie is not liable for indirect damages, business-loss damages, or consequential losses beyond legally permitted limits.

We are not responsible for third-party events, including vendor delays, customs and logistics issues, or downstream installation risks outside our direct control.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive competence of the court having ordinary jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory and tax-related disputes are subject to mandatory consumer and commercial rules under applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to terms and notice

Reshenie may revise these Terms to reflect legal changes, new operations, and service changes.

Material changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after posting means agreement with the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with revisions, please stop using the affected service and request guidance through official contact channels.
