Purpose of these Terms

Reshenie provides industrial software, hardware kits, and checkout support through this website. These Terms define the rights and obligations for information, products, payments, and digital services delivered through the service.

If any part of these Terms is interpreted differently from laws in your jurisdiction, the mandatory law will prevail.

Service delivery and changes

Reshenie operates the service as available from time to time, including homepage contents, solution pages, quotation generation, shop catalog, and checkout flows.

We may change service features, delivery channels, and the technical environment for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Operational changes that do not materially reduce an existing customer's contractual rights may take effect when announced.

Payments are processed through configured payment providers. Reshenie may temporarily disable or replace providers according to maintenance, compliance, or integration plans.

• Service access can be stopped temporarily for maintenance or legal necessity.
• A material change affecting an existing order will be notified in advance and will not be applied to that order without the purchaser's agreement, except where required by law or urgently necessary for security and no reasonable alternative exists.
• We may correct service errors and modify displayed content or catalog details where needed.

Obligations of buyers and registered users

When placing an order, you must provide accurate business-related contact information and receive any required communication at reachable channels.

Users must take reasonable steps to protect their accounts and authentication credentials and notify Reshenie without undue delay after discovering unauthorized use. A user is responsible for conduct caused intentionally or negligently by that user or a person authorized by that user. The user is not responsible for unauthorized use attributable to a defect in Reshenie's systems or security, or another cause for which Reshenie is responsible.

You must not submit identity theft, false registration data, fraud, malware, automation attacks, or automated scraping intended to disrupt the service.

Orders, payment, refund, and cancellation

An order is formed when payment verification is complete and the checkout displays the confirmed order number electronically. The final order number is used for cancellation, exchange, return, and installation coordination.

The method and expected timing of delivery, download, or installation follow the information shown for the product or in the order summary before payment. In a consumer transaction governed by Korean ecommerce law, unless a different timing is agreed, Reshenie will take the steps necessary for supply within seven days after the order, or within three business days after payment for a prepaid transaction.

If supply becomes impossible, Reshenie will notify the purchaser without delay. For a prepaid consumer transaction, Reshenie will refund or take the steps necessary to refund the payment within three business days after payment.

A consumer may withdraw within seven days after receiving the contract document. If supply occurs later, that period begins when the goods are received or supply begins. If goods or services differ from the advertisement or contract, withdrawal is available within three months after supply or within thirty days after the consumer knew or could have known of the discrepancy.

A withdrawal request may be submitted to info@reshenie.co.kr or through the contact channels below and should identify the order number, purchaser, affected item, and intention to withdraw. A written or electronic withdrawal takes effect when sent.

• Withdrawal may be restricted if goods are lost or damaged through the consumer's fault, excluding packaging opened only to inspect the goods. Restrictions based on substantial loss of value through use or passage of time, opening copyable goods, or commencement of services or digital content apply only after Reshenie clearly discloses the restriction and takes legally required measures such as providing a trial opportunity. An unprovided divisible portion of a service or digital content remains withdrawable.
• Made-to-order goods are non-withdrawable only where they are individually produced, withdrawal would foreseeably cause serious irrecoverable loss, and Reshenie separately disclosed the restriction for that transaction and obtained the consumer's written electronic consent in advance.
• Reshenie will refund within three business days after receiving returned goods, receiving withdrawal from a service or digital-content contract, or receiving withdrawal where supply has not occurred, as applicable. Card cancellation will be requested without delay, and statutory delay compensation applies to late refunds.
• The consumer bears ordinary return costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal, without a penalty or damages charge. Reshenie bears return costs where supply differs from the advertisement or contract.

Intellectual property

All site design, software modules, manuals, technical content, and service text remain owned by Reshenie or its licensors unless otherwise specified.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content, manuals, dataset snippets, or proprietary code without written permission.

Permitted use of content is limited to normal operation of the service and lawful business review.

Content and communication rules

You should not post offensive, unlawful, or commercial content that interferes with operational communications.

Reshenie may remove messages, inquiry content, uploaded documents, or contact content when they violate law, create fraud risk, or disrupt business operation.

Users may opt out of marketing messages according to available consent and preference controls.

Liability and disclaimer

Reshenie may limit liability for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, legally required measures, or network failures, only to the extent Reshenie was not at fault. Reshenie will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, and this clause does not limit mandatory duties such as refunding an impossible supply.

Liability is determined under Korean law with regard to fault, causation, and foreseeability. Nothing excludes or limits liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct by Reshenie, its employees, or performance assistants, personal injury, mandatory warranties, or non-waivable consumer rights.

Reshenie is not automatically released from its statutory or contractual responsibility merely because it uses a carrier or installer to perform the contract. Reshenie is not responsible for an independently selected and contracted third party to the extent Reshenie is not at fault.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive competence of the court having ordinary jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory and tax-related disputes are subject to mandatory consumer and commercial rules under applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to terms and notice

Reshenie may revise these Terms when required by law or reasonably necessary for operating the service. The effective date and reason will be posted at least seven days in advance. A material or adverse change will be posted at least thirty days in advance.

Revised Terms apply to contracts formed on or after their effective date. The version in effect when an existing order was formed continues to govern that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the purchaser expressly agrees.

Continued use or silence alone is not treated as agreement to revised Terms. A customer may stop future use before the effective date, without affecting existing orders or statutory rights.
