Wireless Sensor Bridge
The wireless sensor bridge accepts interchangeable AD modules across three measuring channels, converts analog signals to digital data, and also acts as a repeater inside the wireless sensor network.
- Three external cable-gland inputs for measuring channels
- Supports IEPE, current-clamp, and 0-10 V analog source modules
- Mix-and-match AD modules in one bridge box
- Repeater behavior for extending wireless sensor coverage
- Dashboard visualization through the edge gateway
Supported protocols
Connects to common industrial systems.
- Sub-GHz wireless
- IEPE
- 0-10 V
- Current clamp input
Analog conversion
Digitize wired sensors before wireless transfer
The bridge converts analog vibration, current, and 0-10 V signals into wireless data that can be handled by the PdM gateway.
- One 3-axis IEPE or up to three 1-axis IEPE channels
- Up to three current clamps
- Up to three 0-10 V third-party sensor signals
Flexible channels
Combine modules around the asset
Teams do not need to populate every channel; different AD module types can be combined in one bridge to fit the monitoring point.
- Interchangeable ADMOD plug-in modules
- Partial channel population supported
- Suitable for mixed vibration, current, and process-signal monitoring
Wireless network
Extend coverage while sending data to the gateway
The bridge repeats nearby wireless sensor traffic and sends connected analog data to the central gateway for dashboards and history.
- Repeater behavior within the wireless sensor network
- Wireless transfer to the edge gateway/base station path
- Dashboard views for time series, spectra, RMS trends, and optional anomaly alarms
